Avoid answers that stay at the team level. Evaluators usually need to understand your contribution. Use specific dates, technologies, artifacts and outcomes where they are appropriate and accurate.

Finally, prepare a few questions about scope, team structure, delivery model and expected outcomes. Thoughtful questions can demonstrate that you understand how to operate in a consulting environment.
